La Pistola Wine
The Monahan family in Zillah, Washington has partnered with Matthew and Patrick Rawn of Two Mountain Winery to create a wine made with locally grown organic grapes called La Pistola. This will be the first product in the Buena Mano Vineyard series of wines, made with fruit from local growers who are committed to sustainable agriculture. The first bottles will be served at the Montessori School of Yakima's fundraiser this Saturday, May 16, 2009. We'll keep you posted on when and where you can purchase some of this luscious, fruity red produced in the Rattlesnake Hills region of the Yakima Valley.
